Tricia Roman,
COO + Director of Client Services

Tricia fuels growth strategies, drives collaboration with internal teams and implements infrastructure to align the organization’s financial and business performance metrics. Tricia has worked with Fortune 500 companies including Nabisco, Colgate Palmolive, Warner-Lambert, M&M/Mars, Sunoco, Bristol Myers Squibb, Hank’s Beverages, Ashton Cigars, and other leading companies to develop their sales promotion and advertising campaigns.

Tricia was formerly COO and VP of Sales + Operations of an outdoor media agency, where she built assets and sales to establish the company as the premier transit media provider in New Jersey.

Her diverse background in B2B and B2C marketing, branding, demand generation, media, sales and operations, delivers holistic integrated solutions unlocking business value for 325’s clients. Tricia’s experience and leadership brings a strategic vision beyond foundational branding helping elevate a brand’s future.

Tricia and Cheryl maintain a thirty-year history and have an aligned vision and passion for helping clients achieve their goals and exceed expectations. Tricia’s operational effectiveness has a significant impact in accelerating 325’s continued growth.

Chalva Tchkotoua,
Chief Marketing + Digital Officer

Chalva has extensive experience helping companies develop their market strategy, driving brand awareness and ensuring they are maximizing their competitive advantage by transforming their organization into a digital business. 

He also leads 325’s Advisory Services helping clients “think digital,” through design thinking and human-centered design, he works with clients to help them build and deploy targeted digital strategies. This allows them to not only shape their future in the digital world but to win a competitive advantage as a market leader and disruptor brand as Web 3.0, the Metaverse and mixed reality continue to converge rapidly in the marketplace.

Chalva has held senior marketing roles at global technology consulting firms Accenture and Cognizant in addition to companies such as Time Warner Cable Business Services. He has also helped scale private equity-backed B2B SaaS businesses that were going through a hyper-growth phase. He started his career at Young & Rubicam, where he worked in their London, New York and Miami offices focused on B2C clients and consumer technology.

Using data-driven customer insights and AI, Chalva is an expert in marketing technology that improves customer acquisition and optimizes retention. By partnering with clients to implement their “think digital” journey, he advises them on how they can maximize their digital marketing and social media impact through an omnichannel approach.

Chalva who is trilingual in Spanish, French and English credits his international experience and European background in helping clients navigate cultural sensitivities globally. He firmly believes the Client Experience is ingrained in the art of diplomacy and consensus-building, allowing for the successful implementation and transfer of award-winning client programs into multiple markets.  

As a passionate technologist, Chalva also sits on the advisory board of the early-stage mixed reality company, HyperTunnel.
