As the Founder of 325, I started the agency in 1999 after working for both global strategy consulting firm AT Kearney in their pharma practice, and for a strategic boutique design agency focused on global medical education and market insights for top pharma and biotech companies.

As an innovative entrepreneur, I have grown 325 from a one-woman consultancy to an extensive award-winning agency with a client roster of leading companies transforming the Biotech, Healthcare, Pharma, Finance and Venture Capital sectors. Some of our clients include Pfizer, Novartis, Bristol Myers Squibb, Evofem, Aspargo Labs, Buttonwood Group Advisors, Synapse DX, Angion and Aerami Therapeutics.

Tricia has worked with Fortune 500 companies including Nabisco, Colgate Palmolive, Warner-Lambert, M&M/Mars, Sunoco, Bristol Myers Squibb, Hank’s Beverages, Ashton Cigars, and other leading companies to develop their sales promotion and advertising campaigns.

Tricia was formerly COO and VP of Sales + Operations of an outdoor media agency, where she built assets and sales to establish the company as the premier transit media provider in New Jersey.

Her diverse background in B2B and B2C marketing, branding, demand generation, media, sales and operations, delivers holistic integrated solutions unlocking business value for 325’s clients. Tricia’s experience and leadership brings a strategic vision beyond foundational branding helping elevate a brand’s future.
